FLAREELS – Terms & Conditions

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery of photos, videos, reels, or other agreed content.
• Booking dates are considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been successfully received.
• Event coverage will be provided according to the package, services, duration, and deliverables agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Instant reels and same-day content delivery are subject to venue network availability, event conditions, and content complexity.
• One complimentary revision is included for edited content. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
• Raw photos, videos, or footage are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the selected package or agreed upon in writing.
• FLAREELS retains the right to use selected photographs, videos, and other captured content for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before the event.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, approvals, or venue clearances required for photography and videography.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, venue restrictions, technical issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond FLAREELS' reasonable control.
• Cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of the booking advance.
• FLAREELS shall not be held responsible for missed shots, incomplete coverage, or delivery delays caused by client delays, venue limitations, crowd interference, restricted access, schedule changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
• By confirming a booking and making the advance payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
